Exosomes in Palestine, TX
Exosomes are paired with microneedling or other treatments with the goal of supporting overall skin quality. They're cell-signaling particles that are thought to pass messages between cells, and they're applied through the micro-channels microneedling creates. FDA has not approved any exosome product, so ask us about the product used before you decide. That's why this treatment is structured as one combined visit rather than exosomes applied alone.
- Downtime
- None if used topically; mild redness if paired with microneedling.
- Results Last
- Builds over the weeks following treatment, alongside whatever it's paired with.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are exosomes, and how do they support skin healing?
Exosomes are cell-signaling particles that help communicate repair instructions between cells. When applied to the skin, especially alongside a treatment like microneedling, they're generally associated with supporting the body's own repair and rejuvenation processes. They aren't a standalone miracle ingredient — they work as part of a broader treatment.
Why are exosomes usually paired with microneedling instead of used alone?
Microneedling creates temporary micro-channels in the skin, which can help exosomes reach deeper layers where they're more useful. That's why our Exosomes treatment is built around a paired approach rather than a standalone application — it's designed to get more out of both treatments together.
How is this different from PRP?
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is drawn from your own blood, while exosomes used here are a separate cell-signaling product that doesn't require a blood draw. Both are generally associated with supporting skin repair, but they come from different sources and are applied differently.
What should I expect for downtime since this includes microneedling?
Because this treatment includes basic microneedling, expect some redness for around 24 to 48 hours afterward, similar to a mild sunburn. Applied topically on its own, exosomes don't typically cause any downtime — the redness you'd notice is coming from the microneedling portion of the treatment, not the exosomes themselves.
Are exosomes FDA-approved?
No. FDA states that there are currently no FDA-approved exosome products. Your provider can tell you exactly which product is used here and what is and isn’t known about it, so you can make an informed decision.
