Rhonda Hardin, RN

Master Certified Nurse Injector · 24 Years as a Registered Nurse

All treatments are performed by Rhonda Hardin, RN, Master Certified Nurse Injector with 24 years of nursing experience, under the medical supervision of Daniel Olivero, MD.

Every injectable and aesthetic treatment offered at Refresh and Renew is performed personally by Rhonda — there is no rotating staff or junior injector.

I never wanted to run a practice that rushes people through a treatment menu. I want every person who sits in my chair to feel heard first — and to leave looking like the best version of themselves, not someone else.

Rhonda built Refresh and Renew around a simple idea: one injector, one relationship, every time. With 24 years of nursing experience behind her, she trained directly under the manufacturers behind the devices and treatments she offers, earning her Master Certified Nurse Injector credential along the way.

That training shows up in the details — precise placement, conservative dosing, and a consultation-first approach that starts with your goals, not a sales menu. It's the same standard she brings to every single visit, whether it's a first-time consultation or a five-year regular.

The Person Behind the Practice

When she's not at the practice, Rhonda stays just as active outside of it — hitting the gym, spending time on the water with family and friends, and making time to celebrate life's good moments. That same warmth and energy is what clients notice the moment they sit down in her chair.

Who is legally allowed to perform Botox and filler injections in Texas?

In Texas, injecting neuromodulators like Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify, Jeuveau, and Letybo, and dermal fillers, is a delegated medical procedure — it can only be performed by someone acting under a licensed physician's written order, not independently. Under the Texas Medical Board's rules on nonsurgical medical cosmetic procedures, the delegating physician must approve a written order for the procedure, and a physician or midlevel practitioner must be onsite during the procedure or available for emergency consultation.

How does that work at Refresh and Renew specifically?

Rhonda Hardin, RN performs every injectable and aesthetic treatment on our menu under the medical supervision of Daniel Olivero, MD. That relationship isn't a formality — it's the legal structure Texas requires for an RN to perform these procedures at all, and it's why the practice is built around one injector rather than rotating staff whose training and oversight would vary.

All medical aesthetic and wellness treatments are performed by Rhonda Hardin, RN, Master Certified Nurse Injector, under the medical supervision of Daniel Olivero, MD. This site is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice; a consultation is required to determine candidacy for any treatment.

Individual results may vary. Results depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to the treatment plan.
