Accessibility Statement

Refresh and Renew wants everyone to be able to use this website and learn about our care. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we have done
- Added a “Skip to main content” link
- Added text descriptions to meaningful images
- Improved color contrast and made inline links easier to spot
- Organized pages with clear headings
- Checked that pages work at phone and tablet widths
- Tested all pages with automated accessibility tools
Known limits
Automated tools can’t catch every issue, and we have not yet completed a full manual review. Some features come from other companies, including online booking, client reviews, and maps, and we have limited control over their accessibility. Older client photos may not include full written descriptions of what they show.
