Dermal Fillers in Palestine, TX

Dermal fillers restore volume in areas that have flattened or hollowed over time — cheeks, temples, chin, or under the eyes — for a more balanced, rested contour. They work by placing hyaluronic acid beneath the skin, with results visible immediately and settling into place over about two weeks. Because volume loss doesn't happen evenly across the face, this isn't a single standard treatment; it's planned around whichever area has actually changed for you.

Downtime
Swelling or bruising for a few days is common.
Results Last
Typically 9–18 months, depending on the area treated.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you decide which area I need filler in?

Rhonda Hardin, RN evaluates your face in person, looking at where volume has changed over time and how that relates to what's bothering you — whether that's flatter cheeks, hollowing under the eyes, a receding chin, or asymmetry from one side to the other. That assessment, combined with your goals, shapes the plan rather than defaulting to a standard set of areas for every client.

Is cheek filler different from under-eye filler in terms of downtime or risk?

Generally, yes — the under-eye area has thinner skin and different anatomy nearby, so it's often treated more conservatively and can show bruising or swelling more visibly than the cheeks. Both areas use the same type of hyaluronic acid filler, but technique and product choice are adjusted for the specific area, which your provider will walk you through.

How many syringes does an area like the cheeks typically take?

It depends on your anatomy, how much volume has been lost, and how much change you're looking for, so we don't give a standard number in advance. Some clients see meaningful improvement with one syringe, others prefer to build volume gradually over more than one visit — your consultation is where that plan and its cost get worked out.

Can dermal filler be dissolved if I change my mind?

Hyaluronic acid filler, which is what's used here, can generally be dissolved with an enzyme if needed, so it isn't a permanent commitment. That flexibility is one reason HA filler is a common starting point for clients who are still deciding how much volume change they actually want.

What is the most serious risk of filler?

FDA calls unintentional injection into a blood vessel the most concerning filler risk. It can block blood flow, and reported complications include tissue death, vision problems including blindness, and stroke, which can be permanent. Tell us right away about severe pain, skin turning pale, vision changes, or stroke symptoms.
