Micro Tox in Palestine, TX

Micro Tox softens fine lines, refines texture, and minimizes the look of enlarged pores while preserving your natural expression — no 'frozen' effect. It works by spreading smaller, more superficial doses across a broader area, rather than concentrating in one muscle the way a treatment like Masseter Tox does, so it softens the surface without meaningfully relaxing the muscle underneath. Its shorter results window makes it a low-commitment way to try Tox for the first time.

Downtime
None to minimal.
Results Last
Typically 6–10 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Micro Tox different from standard Tox?

Standard Tox is injected at a dose meant to noticeably relax a targeted muscle, such as the forehead or masseter. Micro Tox uses smaller, more superficial doses spread across a broader area, which softens fine lines and refines texture without fully relaxing the underlying muscle. The goal is a subtle refinement rather than a visible change in muscle movement.

I'm in my late 20s or early 30s — is Micro Tox too early for me?

Many people who choose Micro Tox are in exactly that stage — noticing the first signs of fine lines or texture change and wanting to address it early rather than wait. It's a preventative option for people who aren't ready for standard Tox but want to slow the development of lines they're starting to see. Your provider can talk through whether it makes sense for your skin at your consultation.

Will I still be able to move my face normally?

Yes — that's the point of the micro-dosing approach. Because the product is placed superficially and in smaller amounts, normal facial expression and muscle movement are generally preserved, which is different from the more targeted muscle relaxation of standard Tox treatments.

How often do I need to repeat Micro Tox?

Most clients return roughly every six to ten weeks, since the effect is more superficial and tends to soften sooner than a standard Tox treatment. Your provider will help you find a rhythm that keeps your skin looking consistent without over-treating.

What are the risks of Tox?

Like every botulinum toxin product, Tox carries an FDA boxed warning: its effects can spread from the injection site and cause muscle weakness, drooping eyelids, double vision, or trouble swallowing, speaking, or breathing, hours to weeks after treatment. Swallowing or breathing problems can be life-threatening, so contact us or seek urgent care if you notice any of these.

Is Micro Tox an FDA-approved use?

BOTOX Cosmetic’s FDA label covers frown lines, crow’s feet, forehead lines, and platysma bands. Micro Tox isn’t on that list, which makes it an off-label use. Your provider will talk through what that means before you decide.
