Non-Surgical Brow Lift in Palestine, TX
A non-surgical brow lift opens up the eye area for a more awake, less heavy-lidded look, with a subtle, few-millimeter lift rather than a dramatic reshaping. It works by relaxing the brow-depressor muscles that pull the brow down, letting the muscles that naturally raise the brow do more of the work with less resistance. It's a smaller, more targeted treatment than people often expect — not a full brow reconstruction.
- Downtime
- None to minimal.

Treatment
Small injections are placed at the tail of the brow to relax the muscles pulling it down.
Aftercare
The lift develops gradually over 1–2 weeks as the muscle relaxes.
Is This Right for You?
Who Is a Good Candidate for Brow Lift?
Ideal candidates for Brow Lift
Brow Lift tends to be a great fit if you're dealing with any of the following:
- Heavy hooded brows
- Drooping brow line
- Tired eyes
A consultation confirms whether brow lift is the right starting point for your goals.
Who Is Brow Lift Not Right For?
A consultation confirms candidacy, but brow lift is typically not recommended if any of the following apply to you:
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant.
- You have a known allergy to botulinum toxin or any ingredient in the product used.
- You have an active skin infection or significant inflammation in the treatment area.
- You have a neuromuscular disorder such as myasthenia gravis or Lambert-Eaton syndrome.
- You have significant brow or eyelid ptosis (drooping) — a consultation will help determine whether a non-surgical lift is the right tool or whether a different approach fits better.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much lift can I actually expect from Tox alone?
A non-surgical brow lift produces a subtle, natural-looking change — generally a few millimeters of lift as the brow-depressor muscles relax and the naturally opposing muscles that raise the brow have less resistance. It's not a substitute for a surgical brow lift if you're dealing with significant sagging, but for mild to moderate heaviness, it can meaningfully open up the eye area.
Will this make me look surprised or 'frozen'?
When dosed and placed appropriately, the goal is a natural lift rather than a raised, surprised look — your provider adjusts the amount based on your brow shape and muscle strength to avoid over-treating. This is exactly the kind of detail worth discussing at your consultation so your results look like you, just more rested.
How is this different from Tox for forehead wrinkles?
Forehead Tox and a brow lift both use the same type of product, but they're placed with different goals — forehead Tox softens horizontal lines across the forehead, while a brow lift specifically targets the muscles that pull the brow down, to lift and open the eye area. Many clients do both together for a more complete effect, but they address different concerns.
How long until I see the lift?
Most people start noticing a difference within a few days to a week, with the full effect visible by around two weeks as the treatment fully takes hold.
What are the risks of Tox?
Like every botulinum toxin product, Tox carries an FDA boxed warning: its effects can spread from the injection site and cause muscle weakness, drooping eyelids, double vision, or trouble swallowing, speaking, or breathing, hours to weeks after treatment. Swallowing or breathing problems can be life-threatening, so contact us or seek urgent care if you notice any of these.
Is a brow lift an FDA-approved use?
BOTOX Cosmetic's FDA label covers frown lines, crow's feet, forehead lines, and platysma bands. A brow lift isn't on that list, which makes it an off-label use. Your provider will talk through what that means before you decide.
